In Oct. of 2004, I went to my first open mic and I loved it. It really helped to ease my stage fright. Each week I would go play wherever I could and in Nov. was being approached by bar owners to gig.
Open mic gave me the chance to play, meet new people, and have a lot of fun. I am now getting to do what I love and I am seeing my dreams unfold.
In 2007 I`ve finished my first album and I am playing out professionally 6 days a week incl. hosting 2 open mics a week.
Open mics are the stepping stones that I`ve used to achieve my music dreams.
